Hi Stacia, we had to make some time/date adjustments to our strings concert schedule for this year. Can you please adjust the times on the calendar? I have highlighted what needs to be changed/added/deleted. 

September 30 - Reserve Auditorium at 11:00am for concert set up, music stands will need to be brought to auditorium. 
October 1 - 5th grade Fall Concert Dress Rehearsal 9:55 AM-10:55 AM

October 2 - 5th Grade Fall Concert 10:20 - 10:50 AM
Auditorium, Need to reserve from Sept 30 at 11:00am AND all day on Oct 1-2 with no disruption to the stage and pit setup


Dec 12 - Reserve Auditorium at 11:00am for concert set up, music stands will need to be brought to auditorium.
Dec 15 & 16 -  Winter Concert Dress Rehearsals 8 AM - 11 AM

Dec 17 & 18 (the 18th is currently not on the calendar, please add)-  Cambridge 4th and 5th grade Winter Concerts 9:00-9:30 AM, 10:15-10:45 AM (2 Separate concerts each day)
Auditorium, Need to reserve starting at 11:00am on Dec 12 AND all day Dec 15-18 with no disruption to the stage and pit setup

Please take Feb. 9 OFF the calendar and replace with date below:

Feb 10th - Side by Side with Junior School- 5:00 PM, AHJS Auditorium
Feb 11th - Airtopia Social for 5th Grade Strings, 5:00-7:00 PM

April 13- 7 - 8 PM- Strings Festival
