*IMPORTANT: If you can send an email to the parents letting them know:
They must order with the correct group's picture code if they are paying online or they will get the wrong group pan. If they are paying cash/check tell them to make sure they see the right group name on the order form before sending with their child.
This is prepay only - one time to buy only.
Some schools are highlighting with a marker the group names on the forms first before passing them out. ; )
The only date that will probably be changed is that August 9th one. I don't know when our first week back is just yet.

I noticed that I don't have dates for you for next year on our calendar yet and.... oh my, this year we have a lot of new schools and our calendar is busting at the seams!
I want you to get the good dates that you need so I am going to list this year's dates here and the proposed dates for next year and I can get the agreement sent to Jana. I am going to roll them over using the same day of the week you have for this year.
