Hello! My name is Stephanie Hargrove I am 35 years old. I graduated with my bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Minor in Generic Special Education from UTPA. I have been a Special Education teacher for 9 years. I worked as a Life Skills Special Education teacher at McAllen High School for 1 year. I then moved to San Antonio where I taught at El Dorado for 7 years and was the Special Education Department Chair for 6 years. At El Dorado I taught Specialized Support/ ALE for 4 years, I was a Redirection teacher for 1 year, and a 3rd grade Special Education Co-teacher for 1 year. I then was a General Education Behavior Facilitator for 1 year. I recently started a new journey and this will be my 2nd year at Howard Early Childhood Center. I am the Special Education Department Chair and teach Kindergarten Resource.
Recently I started my Master’s degree at UTRGV. I am super excited to be completing my Master’s degree it has been a goal of mine for many years.
I am blessed to be with the love of my life Eric and we have a 9-year-old daughter by the name of Lillian who is our world. I love photography, painting, and spending time with my family. I look forward to this new school year and getting to know all of you.
